Hi i'm mike. i'm 22 from Penang but studying in sunway.Here is a short "how to" on weight loss
How to get a flat tummy.
1- Exercise
- Weight training is important as it builds muscles. Muscles burn more calories and therefore keep weight gain in check.
- Cardio exercises like aerobics, football and jogging is good to burn off large amounts of calories in one sitting. Combined in one weight training you have a well rounded exercise routine
2- Eat right
- Fruits and vegtables, lean meat, and brown carbs. No matter how much you exercise you will never lose weight if you don't exercise especially your stomach.
3- Dicipline
- Always stick to your routine. If you are not consistant than you will gain back what ever you lost very fast.
4- Psycho yourself
- Avoid places where you would likely eat fatty foods.
- only buy healthy food at the supermarket and only go when you are full.
- get a friend to to this with you and both you keep each other in check.
5- Suppliments
-Certain suppliments and multi vitamins have shown that they work and help your body cooperate with the exercise you re doing. Be careful though as you don't want tot ake diet pills that could harm. Always do research on what you are taking.

well not easy to do, but easy like step 1, step 2, step 3. then magic got flat tummy. Yeah but I know its not easy :p otherwise I would have a six pack now :)
