How to get a flat tummy.
1- Exercise
- Weight training is important as it builds muscles. Muscles burn more calories and therefore keep weight gain in check.
- Cardio exercises like aerobics, football and jogging is good to burn off large amounts of calories in one sitting. Combined in one weight training you have a well rounded exercise routine
2- Eat right
A lot of times you think why my girlfriend always don't understand me. Well its not her fault you are a boy and she is a girl. Unless your a lesbian or gay lah. That one I cannot help you. Basically boys just think very logically and girls think very emotionally. Like for example take this story:

HI I'm Jason. In case you didn't know I'm quite awesome, but not everybody can be like me. So here is my short blog to help those less awesome guys get a girlfriend.
1. Be Leng chai like me - A bit difficult for some if the genetics is not good. However you can get hair cut and try to at least be stylo a bit.
2.Earn lots of money- If you cannot fix your looks because your too ugly then get a lot of money. Then take all your money and show off. Sure can get girlfriend but maybe gold digger a bit la.
